Rules and Regulations
Booking dates are on a first come first serve basis. A $1500 nonrefundable deposit and signed contract are required to book hunt dates. The deposit will be applied to the base price of the hunt ($3000) with the balance plus kill fees if applicable, due upon completion of the hunt. All guests must also sign a release of liability.
Meals, lodging, and guide are included in the base price of the hunt. Hunters are responsible for bringing their own personal gear, gun (scoped, 25 caliber or larger please), ice chest for meat, camera, valid Texas hunting license, gratuities, as well as transportation to and from the ranch.
Standard method of hunting will be from elevated blinds or a parked highrack overlooking feeders, senderos, or fields.
There will be one guide per hunter. The guide will accompany the hunter in the field at all times and ok any animal harvested. Guides will give estimates on gross B&C scores, however, it will be the hunter’s responsibility to pay for what they shoot. Skinning, caping, and quartering of game will be provided. Tipping of guides is encouraged.
If a deer is shot and determined to be wounded (blood, hair, meat, or bone found), a gross B&C score will be estimated and it will be the hunter’s responsibility to pay the appropriate kill fees. Every effort will be made to recover all animals harvested. If the wounded animal is later recovered, antlers will be shipped to the hunter.
Hunter success is not guaranteed. However, we will make every effort to ensure that you have the highest quality hunt possible.
Caution will be exercised handling firearms at all times. Hunters will be asked to check their rifles at the range prior to the hunt.
All Texas Parks and Wildlife Department game laws will be strictly adhered to.
Alcohol is not provided nor allowed. This is a family atmosphere and we ask that you respect this.
